Your track record, made visible.
Write down what you decided and what you expect to happen. Months later, DecisionLog asks how it went, then shows where your judgment runs ahead of the evidence.
No sign-up. Your decisions are saved privately in this browser and never sent to a server.
Test yourself
How sure is sure? Find out in 60 seconds.
Eight true-or-false statements. Pick an answer, then say how confident you are. At the end you see whether your confidence matches your accuracy. It's the same check DecisionLog runs on your real decisions.

Patterns
Your confidence, next to what happened
Each dot is a confidence level you used. On the dashed line, how sure you felt matches how often it worked out. Below it, you were more sure than the results support.
Sample account, 14 resolved decisions. Dot size shows how many decisions sit at that confidence. Hover, tap or tab to a dot.

FAQ
Questions people ask first
What do I get before I have many decisions logged?
After three to five entries, DecisionLog gives you an early insight, such as flagging when you lean on words like "obviously" or "definitely". The full reasoning report unlocks at ten resolved decisions.
How does it pick my check-in date?
It suggests one from the kind of decision: a month for a purchase, three for a people call, six for a career move, twelve for a money bet. You can change it before you log.
Does the AI make decisions for me?
No. It compares what you wrote at the time with what you reported later, and shows the gaps. The decision stays yours.
Who can see my log?
Only you. Without an account, your log stays in this browser and is never sent anywhere. If you sign in to sync, it is stored in your private account, locked so that only you can read it. On a team plan, you will choose which entries to share for a retro.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in with your email on each device and your log stays in sync. Decisions you logged before signing in move into your account. You can also Export a backup file at any time.
How will I be reminded?
When a check-in date arrives, the decision appears under Today in your log. For a nudge on the day, press Add to calendar on any decision and it goes into your own calendar with a reminder.
What if I forget to answer a check-in?
The entry stays open and DecisionLog asks again. Unresolved decisions are never counted in your patterns, so a skipped one cannot skew the report.
